Short answer: Both are white-label platforms for agencies, but they make money differently. GoHighLevel charges a flat plan ($97 to $497 a month) and lets you resell its own software in SaaS mode. Vendasta charges a minimum monthly spend ($99 to $999) and gives you a marketplace of wholesale products to resell, with full white label from the $499 Professional plan. Choose GoHighLevel to sell one platform; choose Vendasta to resell many products.
GoHighLevel vs Vendasta is a choice between two business models for agencies. GoHighLevel (HighLevel) gives you one platform to brand and resell. Vendasta gives you a client portal and a marketplace of products from many vendors to resell at wholesale prices. Both pricing pages are compared below.

What GoHighLevel is built for
GoHighLevel (the company calls itself HighLevel) is an all-in-one marketing and sales platform made for agencies. One account gives you a CRM with pipelines, a unified inbox for email, SMS, calls and social messages, a website and funnel builder, booking calendars, courses and communities, reputation management, payments and visual workflows.
Agencies create a sub-account for each client, copy proven setups between them with snapshots and brand the desktop app as their own. Agency Pro adds SaaS mode, so you can resell the platform at your own price.
What Vendasta is built for
Vendasta is a platform for agencies and media companies that sell digital services to local businesses. Clients log into a branded Business App, and the agency resells products from Vendasta’s marketplace (listings, reputation, websites, ads and more) at wholesale prices. Vendasta also includes a client CRM, Snapshot Reports for prospecting and an AI Workforce billed per location.
Vendasta has no subscription fee in the usual sense. Each plan is a minimum monthly spend: $99 for Starter with no contract, $499 for Professional and $999 for Premium on one-year contracts. Spend on selected products counts toward the minimum from the second month. Starter is co-branded; full white label and custom domains start on Professional.
GoHighLevel vs Vendasta: pricing compared
GoHighLevel charges a flat monthly fee. Vendasta uses a different model, so the cheapest plan is not always the cheapest choice. These are the list prices on each official pricing page.
| GoHighLevel plan | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $97/mo or $970/yr | 3 sub-accounts, unlimited contacts and users |
| Unlimited | $297/mo or $2,970/yr | Unlimited sub-accounts, rebill phone and email at cost, basic API |
| Agency Pro | $497/mo or $4,970/yr | SaaS mode, automatic sub-account creation, rebilling with markup, advanced API |
| Vendasta plan | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $99/mo minimum spend | 1 seat (extra $30), co-branded, no contract |
| Professional | $499/mo minimum spend | 5 seats (extra $35), full white label, 1-year contract |
| Premium | $999/mo minimum spend | 10 seats (extra $65), 1-year contract |
| Custom Enterprise | Volume pricing | Custom |

What this costs in a real setup
An agency starting out with three clients pays $97 a month on GoHighLevel Starter, or a $99 minimum spend on Vendasta Starter with co-branding only. For full white label, Vendasta needs Professional at a $499 minimum spend on a one-year contract; GoHighLevel offers white label on every plan and SaaS resale on Agency Pro at $497 a month.
Two ways to make money as an agency
With GoHighLevel, the platform itself is the product. On Agency Pro you set your own prices in SaaS mode, give each client a branded account and rebill their email and phone usage with a markup. Your margin is the difference between what you charge and your $497 plan plus usage.
With Vendasta, the marketplace is the product. You resell listings, reputation tools, websites, ads and other services at wholesale prices, set your own retail prices and manage everything through the client portal. Your minimum monthly spend counts toward those wholesale purchases from the second month.
Agencies that want one recurring software product usually prefer GoHighLevel. Agencies that sell a menu of services to local businesses, often with a sales team, often prefer Vendasta.

The usage costs on top of GoHighLevel
GoHighLevel prices its plans as a flat monthly fee with unlimited contacts and users, but email, SMS and phone calls are billed from a prepaid wallet that recharges your card automatically. These are the US and Canada rates from HighLevel’s own phone pricing guide and email documentation:
- Email (LC Email): $0.675 per 1,000 emails on every plan. Every recipient counts, including CC and BCC.
- SMS: $0.00747 per segment, sent or received. MMS costs $0.022 outbound.
- Calls: $0.0166 per minute outbound and $0.01165 per minute inbound, rounded up to the full minute.
- Phone numbers: $1.15 a month for a local number, $2.15 for toll-free, plus a one-time A2P 10DLC registration fee ($22.50 for low volume) for business texting in the US.
For an agency with three clients sending 30,000 emails and 3,000 text segments a month from one local number, that adds about $43.81 a month in usage. Usage is cheap at small volume, but it is not included in the plan price, so budget for it when you compare GoHighLevel with tools that bundle sending into the subscription.
